All commissions are priced in USD through Paypal.

Payment must be made 50% upfront. Any remaining balance is due after the approval of the completed work. Upon receiving final payment, I will send the high resolution image of the work.

Commissions are for personal use only (e.g. profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, personal prints, gifts). You may post the finished commission as long as you credit me with my social media handle.

You may not sell or redistribute my art in any form, physical or digital, under any circumstances without prior negotiation. I explicitly do not consent to my work being used for NFTs nor to train AI.

My usual turnaround is 1-3 months but may be subject to change due to personal schedules and the complexity of the commission. Please let me know if you have any specific deadlines, I will also make sure to notify you if work is expected to take longer! You can contact me any time on progress updates and/or about the commission.

I retain all rights to the created artwork and reserve the right to display the artwork(s) on my social media and portfolio. I will contact you if you wish to be tagged to the work. Should you prefer a nondisclosure agreement, this can be negotiated for an additional fee.

I reserve the right to decline a request or cancel a commission at any time at which a refund will be issued.

By commissioning me you understand and agree to these terms.

Once terms are agreed upon, I will send an invoice for the down payment via email so that I can get started on the work. Additional charges made in the middle of the commission process will reflect in the invoice for the remaining balance.

After accepting your commission, please provide references and descriptions. This can include anything such as image boards, color palettes, desired elements, facial expressions, writings etc. Even stickman sketches of what you have in mind are greatly appreciated! Feel free to info dump, the more references the better.

Main communication can be through email and discord. I prefer to communicate via email, but asking to contact me via discord after confirmation is fine if it is easier for you!

Should you fail to respond to any approvals of key stages or stop communicating for more than a month, the commission will be put on hold and the allotted turnaround discussed will no longer be followed. If a project is on hold for more than 6 months, any further lack of notice or communication and the order will be automatically canceled. The down payment in this instance is non refundable.

During the sketch stage, you can request up to 3 changes. Major revisions are allowed only during this stage.

Past the sketch stage, no major changes are allowed. Only 3 minor changes are allowed for free, anything that exceeds this is subject to additional fees. If I miss any details and descriptions made during the sketch stage, this will be revised free of charge.

Proposal stage: Full refund is available if I haven’t started on your commision.

Sketch stage: If you wish to cancel the commission during this stage, only 50% of the down payment will be refunded.

Past the sketch stage: Cancellations are non-refundable.

Should you cancel in the middle of the commission, you are not permitted to use the drafts and progress shots on any future third-party works and commissions.

You will receive a full refund if under any circumstances I am unable to finish the commission within or past the allotted time frame.

The prices outlined are baseline and subject to change depending on the complexity and scope of each commission.

Additional characters cost an additional 50% of the base price.

My commissions are currently focused on character art only, currently not accepting commissions for full illustrations (i.e. characters with detailed background, complex lighting, and props) or priority/rush jobs unless it is for commercial purposes.
